The holiday season is our favourite time of year to wind down and make warm, cosy memories — this year more than ever. We adapted our lifestyles to take more care of ourselves and one another and this in turn, helped us make changes major and minor.
Staying home allowed us to discover new things about ourselves. Some of us extended our love by adopting pets or planning a family, some found therapeutic joy in gardening, while others sought balance through the art of meditation.
